30ml + 20ml maple syrup
25g (3 tbsp) oat bran
120ml soy milk
30g chia seeds
For the topping:

2 dried apricots
2-3 walnuts or other nuts of your choice

In a small bowl, mix the 4 Nuts Olympus with 30ml of maple syrup and the oat bran.
Divide the mixture into the base of two glasses. In the same bowl, combine the soy milk with the remaining maple syrup and the chia seeds.
Whisk well and distribute the chia mixture into the glasses, layering it over the 4 Nuts Olympus base. Place in the refrigerator and let the ingredients set, ideally overnight.
Serve in the morning topped with a tablespoon of 4 Nuts Olympus, along with dried apricots (or other fruit of your choice) and nuts.
This is a very healthy, filling, and delicious breakfast option.
