Olympos Energy Balls 4 Nuts

Ingredients

250g 4 Nuts Olympus

120g honey or molasses

180g walnuts

60g flaxseeds, chia seeds, and sesame seeds

80g Medjool dates (approx. 3 pieces)

160g oat bran or ground oats (opt for bran as it is more nutritious)

Preparation

In a deep bowl, mix the 4 Nuts with the honey until the mixture is homogeneous.

Place the nuts, seeds, and dates in a food processor and pulse until they are finely ground and fully combined with the dates.

Add the contents of the food processor along with the oat bran into the bowl with the 4 Nuts paste and mix well. Shape into small balls of 30g each, wetting your hands with water whenever necessary, and continue until the mixture is finished.

The recipe yields about 25 pieces, which can be stored in a jar at room temperature for a long time.
